These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RocketApply Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using the Service

RocketApply helps you autofill job-application forms. You are responsible for reviewing the information the Service fills in before you submit any application. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Your account

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the answers and information you save ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service — for example, to autofill forms and sync across your devices. We do not sell Your Content.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to submit false or fraudulent information.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that autofill will be error-free or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for verifying every application before submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RocketApply and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
